  • Is their literature informative and easy to understand?
  • They should offer a spa for every location, every size and budget.
  • Value for quality is very important. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is not always correct in the spa industry. A quality spa is very affordable.
  • A reputable spa manufacturer will be accessible to the consumer as well as the dealership.
  • Do you have to send the entire spa or it's parts somewhere when repairs are needed?
  • Do they stand behind their warranty?
  • Does the surface warranty cover peeling, wrinkling,delaminating, discoloring or cracking?
  • Is labour included during your warranty period? Verify prior to purchasing.
The Dealership:
  • Do they include delivery, set up and chemical orientation?
  • Do they teach you how to balance your water and provide FREE water testing?
  • Will they provide prompt efficient service if you have an problem?
  • Do they have qualified service technicians available to service your spa?
  • Are they willing to supply you with references?
  • Do they belong to the Better Business Bureau, and if so do they have any unsettled claims?
  • How long have they been in business?
  • What is included with your purchase ie: cover, steps etc.
  • A personal reference could save you money, ask your friends and neighbors for their opinions.
