Thank you for shopping with Sun N Fun Pool & Spa. We are committed to providing reliable shipping and delivery service for our customers across Canada.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship products within Canada. For special delivery requests outside of Canada, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product, shipping method selected, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Alberta: 1–5 business days

  • Western Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Rural or remote areas: additional delivery time may apply

Large items such as hot tubs, saunas, swimming pools, or oversized accessories may require special freight arrangements and extended delivery timelines.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

  • Freight requirements for oversized products

Some products may qualify for free shipping promotions where indicated.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery may be available within Central Alberta for select products.

In-store pickup is available at:

Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup.

Freight Deliveries

Certain products including hot tubs, swim spas, pools, and saunas are shipped via freight carrier.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate site access for delivery.

  • Additional charges may apply for difficult access locations, crane services, redelivery, or storage fees.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Note the issue with the delivery driver if possible.

  2. Take photos of the packaging and product.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when available once your order has shipped.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or redirected shipments due to incorrect addresses.
